• To secure your booking, a deposit of $150 (non exclusive parties) or $250 (exclusive parties) must be paid. This deposit becomes non refundable six weeks out from the date of the party.

  • The deposit may be paid by Bank Deposit or in Cash.

  • Before you arrive:

    • The party adult/carer - whoever is staying onsite and is responsible for the children - must complete the Injury Waiver and Release form. (This person must be over 18 years of age). This must be done when you arrive, and before the start of the party.

    • Final numbers to be confirmed no later than 4.00pm on the Tuesday before the party.

    • The Final Payment must be deposited no later than the Thursday before the party, or by cash immediately prior to the party.

    • We do not credit or refund if the number of children on the day are less than specified. If numbers are greater, then the extra will need to be paid for on the day.

  • You will be required to sign a Waiver and Release form before the commencment of the party.

  • Once inside Cool Cats shoes must be taken off and socks must be worn by the children.

  • You will have a designated table for your party for the duration of your stay. The food and cake will take place sometime in the middle of the party with the staff organising and assisting with this.

  • Food and drink must be consumed on the stage. NO food or drink on the equipment. 

  • Lolly bags (if purchased from us, or if you have brought your own) will be handed out at the end of the party.

  • Games are subject to change due to repairs, maintenance, and general wear and tear.
